The Frenchman Pierrick Fedrigo of Bouygues Telecom, has won the sixteenth stage of Tour de France, fought between Bagneres de Luchon and Pau, 196 km, after which the Spanish Alberto Contador (Astana) continues as a leader.

French rider Pierrick Fedrigo (Bbox Bouygues Telecom) has been imposed ahead of their compatriots Sandy Casar (Francaise des Jeux) and Spanish Rubén Plaza (Caisse d’Epargne).
